Response Time
We aim to respond to all legitimate enquiries within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM IST). For urgent corrections affecting route timings or fares, please mark your email subject line as “URGENT CORRECTION” for faster attention.
Report an Error
If you spot incorrect information on any of our route pages — wrong timings, missing stops, outdated fares or a broken link — please let us know. Include the following in your email so we can fix it quickly:
- The URL of the page with the error (e.g. https://bmtctimings.in/bmtc-kbs-3c-chandapura/)
- A clear description of what’s wrong
- The correct information (with a source if possible — official BMTC page, app screenshot, etc.)
- Your name (optional, but helps us credit you if we publish a correction)
Suggest a New Route
If you’d like us to add a BMTC bus route that isn’t currently covered on bmtctimings.in, send the route number and any details you have (origin, destination, key stops, first/last bus timings). We’ll do our best to publish the new route page within 7-10 business days.

Please note that we only accept advertising for products and services relevant to Bangalore commuters, public transport, mobility or local services. We do not accept ads for gambling, adult content, illegal products or get-rich-quick schemes.
